Gareth Kingston has worked for the CQI since 2016, first as the Head of Membership and since 2022 as the Head of Professional Development. His most recent achievements have been the launch of the CQI Profession Map in 2023, and the associated Self-Assessment Tool and Quality Learning Hub in 2024. He is a passionate advocate for person-centred CPD approaches.

Gareth has over 25 years of experience working in membership and marketing roles for professional associations and not-for-profit organisations. In his personal life he is a trustee of the Northampton Town FC Charitable Foundation, an international quizzer, and a youtuber.
